Include your device model, system and app versions, capture device model and a description of the issue. Do not include identifiable patient information.
Your equipment
iPadiPadOS 17 or later. External video requires an iPad with USB-C and a compatible UVC capture device.
MacmacOS 14 or later. The current test edition targets Apple Silicon computers and a compatible USB capture device.
Before contacting support
- No image: check capture device connections and power. Review system camera permissions and the selected input.
- Recording stopped: read the application’s notice. Check available storage, temperature and connections before starting another recording.
- Missing study: check history and the recycle bin. Do not uninstall the application to attempt recovery.
- Switching devices: prepare an .erbackup backup and verify restoration on the destination before retiring the original device. Compatibility depends on both application versions.
- Forgotten backup credentials: check the recovery code you retained. DeltaSoto does not have your password and cannot reconstruct it.
Platform documents
Clinical data is managed on the physician’s device. Requests concerning a patient should be addressed to the responsible professional or institution.
